Warehouse Project Accountant
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To do work related to finance comprehensively, timely and accurately under the leadership of General Manager of the project
- Responsible for organizing and drawing up the relevant regulations of financial, capital for project
- Responsible for organizing and drawing up project feasibility analysis report, project budget and project final accounts
- Responsible maintaining budget and actual expenditure periodically
- Responsible for the whole process of financial analysis, financial management and financial control of the whole process on the construction project
- To prepare annual and monthly fund plan properly and submit it to Planning & Financing Department in HQ after approved by the General Manager of the project
- Participate in the various work of contract review and give advice on the terms and conditions of insurance, taxation, payments and other financial terms
- Responsible for review or prepare all kinds of internal and external financial reports and statements
- Responsible for internal and external audit work of the construction project, the reception to check tax, financial, audit and other departments, subject to inspection of tax, financial, audit departments
- Responsible for collecting monthly data and preparing the monthly work report for the construction project
- Referrals and reporting to the General Manager of the construction project
- To complete other work assigned by the leaders and will be trained as department budget controller
Requirements:
- Maximum 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Finance
- Experience learning or working on project management, investing, financing or accounting
- Have a good knowledge about tax
- Working experience +/- 3 years in the same field (preferably in oil service industry)
- Excellent computer literate & strong analytical skill
- Good team player & interpersonal skill
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (active & passive)
- Personality : confidence, aggressive, mature, dynamic and honest
- Travelling within Indonesia is a must
- Live in Cikarang area
- 1 Full-Time position(s) available
- Placement will be in WH – Cikarang
