Requirements and qualifications
1. PHP/Web Developer
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, design and maintain current systems, services and API.
- Participate in all aspects of the software development life-cycle.
- Maintain robust, highly reliable and scalable production applications
- Assist in providing technical advisory to the development of web portal, websites, etc
- To develop new user interfaces, customised applications and personalised portal experiences for a self service platform
- To assist the team in developing the website as a strategic tool for communication, access portals, etc
- Perform system integration, application development, QA, and deployment of various applications.
- Understand and contribute to the application and data architecture design.
- Strong interest in community contribution/collaboration (open source, meetups) is advantageous.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect, develop and cultivate leads for the sales pipeline.
- Grow and maintain advertiser and agency relationships to effectively build and grow ad revenue.
- Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets according to sales plan.
- Display a thorough understanding of assigned account's business needs and revenue potential.
- Prepare innovative and turn-key sales proposals (across multiple sites & platforms) to meet clients needs and expectations.
- Presents, negotiates and sells Online Media's products to prospective agency and direct clients, typically pitching to executives, media planners and marketing managers
- Works and co-ordinate with regional team to anticipate and respond to a variety of business needs.
Specification and Requirement (Eligibility):
- Bachelor's Degree and Min 2 years of experience specializing in advertising, client servicing or equivalent.
- Proven track record of sales success with media agencies and direct advertiser relationships is an added bonus.

3. Ad Optimization Specialist
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute digital and mobile campaigns to ensure campaign objectives and deliverables are being met according to timelines. Tasks cover ad testing and implementation, campaign set up, delivery monitoring, troubleshooting delivery & technical issue, performance optimization and reporting & analysis.
- Work closely with sales team(and others internal team) on campaign strategy, campaign delivery and fulfilling client's ad hoc requests.
- Delivering in-depth campaign analysis (active/post campaign) and forecast inventory.
- Identify process inefficiencies and constantly provide recommendations to improve operations workflow.
- Involve in new products development and implementation.
- Constantly learning new tools and delivery technologies to maximize campaign performance.

- Assist Trading manager in developing customer specific strategies; execute and track those strategies and communicate results both internally and externally (customer facing)
- Run ad hoc data requests and analytics support for internal/external streams. Support all ad hoc analysis/reporting requirements of Sales Planning & Analytics team.
- Provide accurate, detailed information regarding products, primarily pricing and profitability. Track sales and margin performance compared to goals of the business plan
